First and foremost, I want clients to understand that they can rely on my professionalism and personal integrity. I’m their advocate and the steward of their wealth – that means I will always prioritize their best interests.

Having earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, I started my career in 1990 in agriculture, spending more than 15 years in agricultural lending and the cattle business.

I moved to Midland, Texas, in early 2007 to begin a career in asset management. I didn’t know anyone, so to build my business, I literally went door to door in order to meet people. It’s my favorite part of the job, meeting people and getting to know them – then helping them with their financial challenges.

My own challenge was building a new business from the ground up in the worst recession since the 1930s. No doubt, this experience gave me a unique perspective of what risk really means and how to maneuver through good times and bad times.

Since 2017, I have focused exclusively on providing comprehensive wealth management planning and solutions for the high-net-worth individuals, successful small business owners and their families.

For many years, my wife, Liz, and I have supported and been active with several non-profits, ministries, and other activities within the Midland community. Some of those organizations include Breaking Bread Ministry, Kaleidoscopes Ministry, The Field’s Edge, ChinaAid, and the Texas Size Garage Sale. Currently we volunteer within the homeless and under-resourced communities, mainly on the south and east side of Midland, along with Stonegate Fellowship, where we teach Sunday school to five- and six-year-olds.

My personal consideration for valuing wealth is found in how a person chooses to give it away."
